Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and co-ordination of the work of the accounts receivable for the firm to ensure that effective income and debtors systems are provided.
- Provide comprehensive information and advice to customers and every department in the organization, to ensure the accurate processing of financial information in accordance with best practice.
- Review the accounts receivable monthly report to show the status of debts over 90 days old for presentation to the management.
- Co-ordinate the maintenance, implementation and development of the accounts receivable and cash book systems, to ensure all financial reporting is accurate and up to date.
- Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking the appropriate action.
- Liaise with the marketers and clients service officers on all issues relating to debtors.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc from a reputable institution
- Prospective candidates should be resident in Lekki, Ajah and Sangotedo Area.
- No experience is required
