Applications are invited from Nigerian citizens who are qualified and interested in serving in ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited (AMfB) as Customer Service Officer. Eligible candidates may apply before 22nd March, 2012.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input customer data efficiently into the system in order to create loans ready for disbursement
  • Prepare all signature cards and account opening forms to facilitate the opening of Ecobank accounts for all new clients.
  • Ensure all document and requirements are complete prior to disbursements.
  • Prepare offer letter and surety letter(if necessary) for clients and guarantors
  • Attend/Receive approved clients and guarantors in branch.
  • Review pricing and repayment schedule with clients.
  • Preside over the signing of offer letter and surety letter by the relevant parties.
  • Organize and distribute all operational reports to all loan officers and the branch manager
  • Input all the financial statement information from the client evaluation compiled by the LOs into Excel spreadsheet.
  • Check the resulting ratios.
  • Print the ratio for the credit committee
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields with numeric background.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly competent in the use of Excel spreadsheet
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team.
