Summary of Role

The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to customer requests providing customers with product and service information, transferring customer calls to appropriate staff, following up on customer enquiries and immediately resolve issues.

Requirement

Candidates for this position must possess minimum of Higher National Diploma degree, 1-2 years experience as Call Centre officer, good listening Telephone Etiquette and Communication skills.
