Education Qualification
Degree in an Engineering discipline (appropriate subject).
Professional Qualification
Experience in Project Cost estimates is preferable.
Membership of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or equivalent
Good working knowledge of legal interpretation of contracts
ExperienceMinimum of 10 years experience in similar positions dealing with costs and controls projects in the upstream offshore oil and gas industry.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Functional/ Technical
Membership of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or equivalent
