Job Description and Requirement of Procurement Manager: -
The Procurement Manager will manage projects and tenders until they are signed and the contract awarded, then monitors them and ensures they are updated. Must have a good grasp of the risks involved in supplier relations and the subsidiary's strategy. The candidate must know his market (supplies and suppliers), has an overall view of the needs of the subsidiary and uses efficient negotiation skills to ensure that these needs are met.
University level education and experience in a management role.
A minimum of five years experience is required.
Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Dynamics NAV
Job Description and Requirement of Head Internal Control: -
The head of Internal Control would provide independent control and audit services for all operations in order to ensure adherence to defined operating procedures and prevent financial and other losses due to control lapses.
Accounting graduate with minimum of 8 years cumulative experience in audit or a similar job function, 3 of which must have been in a managerial role, with membership of ACCA /ICAN.
Excellent experiences in working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of power point is a plus
Job Description and Requirement of Assistant Terminal Manager: -
The Assistant Terminal Manager would work on project from pre-launch phase through full operations. He would assist the manager in managing all port operations.
Must have five years experience
Good experience in writing procedures
Good knowledge of Port Operating Systems
Job Description and Requirement of Rubber Tyred Gantry(RTG): -
The employee functions as an operator of the RTG and other types of cranes where necessary. Note: Employee generally progress through the series to the experienced level (Shore crane) based on satisfactory performance and possession of the required experience.
Certification, apprentice and/or knowledge of crane operation and/or maintenance of heavy duty equipment (Plants)
A minimum of SSCE or its equivalent and or certification (Trade Test) in plant operation. Higher level qualification is an added advantage.
AGE: Between 23-35years.
Work experience in the maritime sector.
