3rd.) Kitchen Staff: Caterer, Purchasing Officer, Cooks and Stewards
A.) Requirements of the Caterer
Must possess a professional certificate, have managed the kitchen of a reputable school or organization for at least 2 years
Possess good communication skills (written and spoken) in English Language, and
Must be able to display good managerial ability.
B.) Requirements of the Purchasing Officer
Must possess a minimum of ND, must have acted in this capacity in a reputable organization, possess good knowledge of foodstuff market in Lagos, have good knowledge of mini market supervision, book keeping and be able to communicate fluently in English Language.
C.) Requirements of the Cook
Must possess a minimum of SSCE, be able to prepare local dishes and pastries and communicate fluently in English Language
A working experience in hospitality industry or elated organization will be added advantage.
D.) Requirements of the Steward
Must possess a minimum of SSCE with min. of two years working experience.
Experience in the hospitality industry or related organizations will be an added advantage
