Requirements
Responsible for establishing a compliance agenda across the Bank and for ensuring the business are fully aware of their legal and regulatory obligations at all times
Responsible for providing compliance and regulatory risk services to the Bank to ensure that the compliance risk management practices protect the brand and gain BMI competitive advantage as perceived by our clients, regulators, shareholders and competitors
Identify and analyze all new local and relevant international regulatory requirements that impact the Bank and develop appropriate policy and procedures to ensure compliance
Be a part of the product approval process and ensure the Bank is compliant in all matters of the product development life cycle from product development to rollout
Ensure the business complies with all relevant regulatory returns, self-certification receipts and compliance reports
Develop compliance champion network across all relevant divisions
