Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
Candidates must have at least three years managerial experience and a minimum of seven years in related position.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving skills & investigative mind set
Proactive and self-motivated with good planning, project management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate capability and experience in GSM/COMA technology.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Strategic thinking with practical business sense
