Qualification
First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field from a reputable institution
Required Skills
First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field from a reputable institution
Minimum of 12 years experience in information technology industry of which 5 years must be in a managerial capacity
5 years project management experience and exposure to formal requirements and design and development processes.
5 years experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in the Telecommunications or a related industry
Experience of designing and delivering service models
Experience in Product and Commercial – B2C, B2B….
Business orchestration at senior management level and stakeholder management
Flair and track record of interpreting customer requirements into profitable products
Experience of ensuring Product, Service, Platform and overall solution Design is aligned with Architecture principles, Business requirements, organisational-wide compliance/audit requirements and regulatory requirements.
Ability to define detailed Service/Product roadmap with the business on how to maximize both fulfillment of business and customer needs & value of product/service portfolio.
Understanding of Service/Product P&L and relate to ensuring end product delivers beyond such expectation(s).
