Masters Degree
Good communication and team building skills – well able to lead and gain respect both internally and externally with third parties.
Ability to improvise/prioritise with little notice without losing attention to detail.
Proven track record of managing in multicultural situations.
Self starter, results-driven and focussed on timely, accurate and high quality delivery
Able to hold own ground when challenged but can present a balanced view in putting arguments forward.
Minimum twenty years relevant experience with an oil industry design and fabrication contractor
Must have worked as a pipeline engineer/senior pipeline engineer for an Operator, and have been involved in both onshore and offshore projects
Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment
Must have worked in an expatriate situation for at least five years
Requirements of the Senior Engineer, Pipeline
Masters Degree

Requirements of the Senior Coordinator, Front End Engineering and Approvals
Masters Degree
Minimum of eighteen years in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry, with at least 8 years in a similar position. Operating company and Nigerian / West African experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Team builder and team leader.
Strong leadership skills, results-driven and focussed on delivery.
Comfortable working with a multinational, multicultural team.
Requirements of the Senior Engineer, Piping
Masters Degree
Minimum twenty years relevant experience with an oil industry design company.
Must have worked as a piping design engineer/senior piping engineer for an Engineering Design company involved in Oil and Gas projects or an Operator for ten years.
Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment.
Good communication and team building skills – well able to lead and gain respect both internally and externally third parties.

Requirements of the Senior Specialist Monitoring
Masters Degree
Minimum of ten years in contracts, engineering or project management.
At least five years in the oil & gas industry with relevant experience.
A good university degree in engineering, mathematical or analytical sciences
Very good interpersonal skills, good negotiating skills, team building & very strong knowledge of our business
Microsoft office advanced user, other knowledge of software’s and systems an advantage
Requirements of the Senior Manager, Commercial
Masters Degree
Fifteen plus years E&P experience, including five plus in a senior management role
MBA or similar level in related discipline (Finance, Economics, Tax, etc) preferred
Chartered Accountant and related Bachelor degree
Requirements of the Senior E & I Maintenance Support Engineer
Bachelor's Degree
Ten years’ experience of Maintenance operations in the Oil & Gas industry
An HNC or equivalent in electrical/instrument maintenance discipline is desirable
Operational oilfield maintenance experience is essential
An in depth knowledge of field operations including Production operations management and ogistics.
Good written/spoken English and computer literate.
Requirements of the Senior Engineer, Planning
Masters Degree
University Degree or its equivalent in an Engineering discipline
Full membership of a relevant International Institution preferred
Minimum of ten years in similar positions in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry.
Experience of Cost Engineering is preferred.
Previous Operator and Nigerian or West African experience preferred
