Pharma-Deko Plc Nigeria invites from highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the position of Legal Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Review legal agreements for department heads and provide feedback.
Manage internal legal records
Facilitate lawsuits externally and internally by documenting potential claims issue .
Interface with external legal counsel
Manage law enforcement issues and serve as the point of contact for all law enforcement matters.
Keep abreast of pertinent legal and regulatory developments, laws and regulations
Interface with regulatory authorities over compliance issues.
Required Qualification
Must have graduated from an accredited university and from law school.
LLB, BL degree
Three years post call to bar experience
Age between thirty five to forty years
NYSC discharge certificate
A member of Nigeria Bar Association
Must be computer literate
Ability to interact with various levels from staff to management
Ability to partner with and influence others to drive process changes
Strong analytical skills to form objective conclusions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on courses of action
Solid business judgment critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
Intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic characterized by high integrity and professionalism.
