A leading construction company is looking to recruit a Facilities Officer (Job reference no: NGA1094) for its Nigerian operations. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

The FO will be in charge of general camp administration which includes verifying and checking compliance of the camp on a day-to-day basis and supervision of housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc). The successful candidate is to ensure maximum availability and optimum performance of all facilities in the camp.

Requirements:
  • B.Sc /HND in an Engineering related course
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role in the construction sector
  • Experience of procurement activities and contract management
  • Candidate have excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels and demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Leadership skills
  • Honest and hardworking
  • Must be computer literate
  • Team oriented and outgoing
