REQUIREMENTS:

MD/ CEO: - The job holder shall be responsible for providing overall strategic direction to the organization, oversee the activities of the bank to ensure operational effectiveness, optimize cost of operations & position the bank to attain a competitive advantage.

Qualification

• 1st degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA and any other relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
• A Min. of eight years relevant experience in the financial service industry
• Experience in Financial Control, Risk Management,Banking Operations
• Ideal candidate must not be below five years of age.

Internal Control Officer: - Develop and maintain all statutory and regulatory reporting; ensure transparency and integrity of all financial reports. Financial control, Reporting and general Accounting.

Qualification

• 1st degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB/ ICAN (essential).
• A Min. of five years relevant experience in the Financial services industry Experience in Financial Control, Risk Management,Banking Operations.
• Ideal candidate must be below eight years of age.

Head Operations/ Funds Management: - Ensure compliance with all cash and operations policies; Manage till, vault, push exchange, and lodgement; Ensure all transactions are properly captured and reconciled, In addition candidate will ensure effective delivery of financial and management reports and also ensure strict adherence to the banks financial control system, Manage liquidity and will be responsible for driving the company’s financial management system.

Qualification

• 1st degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB (essential).
• A Min. of seven years post' graduate experience, out of which at least five years should have been in the Financial services industry; strong knowledge of operations, teller, funds transfer/cleaning and Vault. Ideal candidate must be below thirty eight years of age.

Head - Micro Savings and Credits: - Develop and execute portfolio buildup plan, market and business development:

• Implement credit policy and credit manuals,
• Ensure portfolio quality, coach, mentor and motivate credit marketing teams for higher performance,
• Ensure effective management of the risk portfolio of the bank and will ensure the sustainable operations of the banks Risk Management Policy.

Qualifications

• 1st degree in Accounting/l3anking/Finance: MBA, ACA/ACTE/ ICAN (essential)
• A min. of five years relevant experience in the Financial services industry.
• Ideal candidate must be below thirty eight years of age.

Management Information Services (MIS) Officer: - The MIS officer shall be responsible for generating all daily books of account; Preparation of management accounts as well as other statutory reports as prescribed by the regulatory authorities; Candidate will also ensure reliability & integrity of financial management Information system & reports.

Qualifications

• 1st degree in Computer science; MBA (essential).
• Min. of three years relevant experience in the Financial services industry.
• Ideal candidate must not be below thirty five years of age.

Head - Marketing / Relationship Management: - Will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention and optimization of relationship.

Qualification

• A good 1st degree with min. of five years post qualification experience in the financial service sector.
• Possessions of any relevant higher or professional qualifications will him an added advantage.
• Hardworking, self motivated and must have a strong drive for excellence.
• Must have a good knowledge of micro finance sector with an excellence marketing and sales record of banking products.

Credit Officers: - Develop and execute portfolio build-up plan, market and business development, implement credit policy and credit manuals; ensure portfolio quality, coach,mentor and motivate credit marketing teams for higher performance. Ensure compliance with laid down policies including Central Bank regulations.

Qualification

• HND/B.Sc degree in a business discipline, MBA or professional qualification.
• A min. of three years relevant experience in the Financial services sector preferably in the Credit Risk management; Loan origination and recovery. Ideal candidate must be below thirty five years of age.

Tellers: - Dispense cash to customers

Qualification

• 1st degree Accounting/ Banking/ Finance; MBA, ACA/ACIB (essential).
• Min. of two years relevant experience in the financial services industry preferably the banking industry. The Ideal candidate must be below twenty five years of age.

Marketers: - Develop business by aggressive marketing and identify revenue opportunity

Qualifications

• HND/BSc degree in a business or social discipline.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience in the financial service industry preferably marketing, customer acquisition and cultivation, Credit documentation; the Ideal candidate must be below thirty years of age

Front Desk Officer: - Shall act as interface for the bank with customers

Qualification

• HND/ B.Sc degree in business of social discipline.
• A min. of two years relevant experience in the Financial services industry. The Ideal candidate must be below twenty eight years of age.
