Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a multinational chemical company to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) / Office Administrator (OA) for its operations in Nigeria.

The job holder is to provide secretarial and office support to the Managing Director. Successful candidate is responsible for smooth and efficient running of the office, organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The position holder is to report to the Managing Director. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

University degree in management, administration and secretarial studies
Four to six years in PA capacity for a senior manager or in office administration
Computer literate – SAP/, Microsoft Office Suits
Strong communication and people skills
Well organized, meticulous and able to plan and prioritize activities
Perform well under pressure
Able to work as an integral member of a team as well as individually
Fluency in German and/or French would be advantageous
Post graduate qualification is an added advantage
