Though the emphasis may differ from location to location, issues arise in areas of antitrust, administrative, commercial, communications, criminal, employment, environmental, general corporate, government contracts, intellectual property, international, labor, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities, and tax law.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least three years experience in commercial law emphasis on contract negotiations, vetting and drafting
At least three years experience in deal making and the ability to function in global business environment
At least three years experience in transactional and deal experience
At least three years experience in similar ICT environment would be advantageous
At least three years experience in negotiations at management level
English: Fluent
Preferred:
Law
At least five years experience in commercial law emphasis on contract negotiations, vetting and drafting
At least five years experience in deal making and the ability to function in global business environment
At least five years experience in transactional and deal experience
At least five years experience in similar ICT environment would be advantageous
