Currently, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria is seeking full time permanent candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative - V/I for its office which located in Lagos.

The CSR is responsible for managing in-branch customer service / experience to achieve the branch’s sales & service targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

The person hired for this position will be responsible, among others for:
Attend to customer sales / financial enquiries.
Evaluate customer needs and provide advice as to products required.
Cross sell bank products to current / potential customers.
Manage & upscale dormant a/c relationships.
Prepare weekly reports on service issues & in branch accounts opened.
Support acquisition and growth of customer relationships through referrals.

From the candidates bank expect:
Min. of a second Class degree in a relevant course
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
