WTS Energy is looking to hire a Work Service Supervisor for 1 of its client who is an international Oil & Gas operating company. This role is based in Nigeria. Interested candidates must have 3-5 yr Degree/Bachelors and 6+ year’s experience.

Requirements

1. Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years' study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent.
2. Five to ten years' experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
3. A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
4. Good knowledge in management, painting, scaffolding, rigging.
5. Specific professional knowledge: SAP/R3 experience and know-how.
6. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
7. Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others.
8. Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
