REQUIREMENTS & JOB DESCRIPTION

CUSTOMER LOYALTY

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head, Customer Relations Management, the successful will champion the customer loyalty initiative for NIMC by ensuring the delivery of quality services to customers. This An intrinsic part of this will be to identify the Commission’s customers, investigate their demographics, needs and motivations, in order to develop and implement compelling offers for the NIMC customers.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 4 years’ cognate experience in the Civil Service. Proven ability to use customer relationship management software.

LEAD CONVERSION AND SALES

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head, Commercial Services, the successful candidate will lead a team of sales staff and will have primary responsibility for pursuing and closing sales deals. To achieve this, he/she will develop strategies to follow up leads, as well as create sales incentive programmes to ensure successful conversion

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 4 years’ experience in the Civil Service. Good business and commercial acumen, and strong customer service orientation. Good knowledge of the Identity Management industry.

MARKETING AND LEAD GENERATION

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head, Business Development, the successful candidate will have direct responsibility for developing and implementing a well-researched marketing strategy to capture customers and increase sales efforts. This will include analysing, planning and implementing marketing activities, as well as evaluating how target markets respond to marketing efforts.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 4 years’ experience in the Civil Service. Sound knowledge of the Identity Management industry.

HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head of Department, Commercial Services, the successful candidate will drive the Business Development function by building and sustaining business relationships with individuals and organizations. A critical part of this role will be to pursue sales leads and prospective clients, as well as manage day-to-day business issues with service providers and consumers of the Commission's services.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 16 years’ cognate experience in the Civil Service. Proven experience in business development and revenue generation. Strong appreciation of the principles of economics in the Identity Management industry

HEAD, COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head of Department, Commercial Services, the successful candidate will have direct oversight of the Commercial Services unit. Inherent in this will be the provision of strategic direction and leadership, as well as the delivery of agreed financial and service targets towards the effectiveness and efficiency of the unit.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 16 years’ cognate experience in the Civil Service. Excellent appreciation of the principles of economics and regulation of the Identity Management industry

HEAD, CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head of Department, Commercial Services, the successful candidate will oversee the Customer Service unit of the Commission, a critical part of which is to review the policies and procedures of the unit in order to devise methods of improvement.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 16 years’ experience in the Civil Service. Proven customer service and relationship-building skills. Understanding of the principles of economics and regulation of the Identity Management industry

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Assistant Manager, Customer Loyalty, the successful candidate will manage customer traffic to ensure key service standards are met; assist and ensure consistency of internal/external customer experiences by inculcating a service culture. He/she will also collaborate with product development and research department to collect customer feedback for existing savings product modification.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Management, Administration, Banking or any related field. A Minimum of 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience. Good knowledge and demonstrated experience of customer service

LEAD CONVERSION AND SALES

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Assistant Manager Lead Conversion and Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies and closing deals. This will include creating detailed proposal documents and making effective presentations to in order to achieve sales conversion.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience. Proven selling skills

MARKETING AND LEAD GENERATION

Job Description: The job holder will reporting to the Head, Business Development, the successful will analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities, lead project management efforts, develop and execute a well-researched marketing strategy to capture customers and increase sales efforts. He/she will also be responsible for identifying the company's target demographic and analyzing consumer requirements while researching competitor assets and market share; he/she will also support the marketing manager in the day to day activities.

Key Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance, Mass Communications, or any related field. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience or 4 years’ experience in the Civil Service. Demonstrated knowledge of the Identity Management industry.
