REQUIREMENTS & JOB DESCRIPTION

MANAGER, CUSTOMER CARE (MANAGER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to the Head, State Office, the successful candidate will direct the implementation and process of customer service strategies throughout the state and control the process of resolving inquiries and complaints. He/she will also monitor the progress of registration, enrolment, and card production.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5years relevant professional experience.

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS (OFFICER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to the Manager, Corporate Customer Care, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational activities of corporate customer care unit in the operations management department. He/she will also promote corporate consumer awareness and customer satisfaction regarding the identity management sector and ensure that corporate customer complaints are attended to and resolved.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Information Technology or other related fields. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience

ENROLMENT & REGISTRATION OFFICER (OFFICER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to Senior Manager, Local Government Coordination, the successful candidates will be responsible for capturing demographic and biometric data of enrolees, as well as responding to enquiries from enrolees and general public.

Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. National Youth Services Corps (or exemption) certificate

LOCAL GOVERNMENT COORDINATION (OFFICER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to Senior Officer, Local Government Coordination, the successful candidate will provide oversight of the operations of concessionaires in each Local Government office of the state to ensure that operational results are met. He/she will also participate in monitoring and tracking of overall performance of the concessionaires and private partners operating in the local government offices and support the concessionaires and private partners in the effort to provide quality service to their areas of responsibility.

Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. Minimum of NYSC.

HEAD STATE OFFICE (PM)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to Head, Operations Management Department, the successful candidate manages, directs and coordinates the activities as well as provides direct oversight of the operations of the State Office. He/she will also generate periodic management reports on the performance of the state office in the areas of operations, personnel, fleet, and facilities management.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. A minimum of 16 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 8 years relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience in branch or liaison office management.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT COORDINATION (SM)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to the Head, State Office, the successful candidate will direct, coordinate and provide direct oversight of operations of concessionaires in each Local Government Office in the state to ensure that operational results are met. He/she will also participate in the resolution of operational issues, monitoring and tracking of overall performance and also support concessionaires and private partners operating in the Local Government Offices.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years relevant professional experience.

ADMIN./HR OFFICER (SNR. OFFICER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to Head, State Office, the successful candidate will manage the administration of the State Office by organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the State Office; he/she will also handle all human resource management functions, as well as processing all necessary documents for the commission.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience

ENROLMENT & REGISTRATION OFFICER (SNR OFFICER)

Vacancy Summary: The successful candidates will be reporting to Senior Manager, Local Government Coordination, the successful candidates will manage and supervise the day-to-day running of enrolment and registration centre, including capturing demographic and biometric data of enrollees.

Requirements: A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or any related field. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
