ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited (AMfB), a growing foreign exchange bank and is headquartered in Lagos, is going to invite applications from professionals Nigerians who like the challenge to be able to join as Customer Service Manager.
Role Description
The successul candidate will be responsible for maintaining up to date records and customer profiles, managing KYC , ATM, POS CQ forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions, establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes, maximizing customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
Requirement
Candidates must possess minimum of HND/ BSc in any discipline, MBA will be an added advantage, minimum of 5years work experience in KYC , ATM, POS CQ Management, good Marketing skills and Relationship Management. Good Telephone etiquette, Impeccable Communication and Interpersonal skills, good knowledge of Micro finance or service industry.
