Dragnet Nigeria invites applications for the position of CLIENT CARE EXECUTIVES (Ref: CE 01) into its sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve clients' problems.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
  • Refer unresolved client grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients
  • Obtain regular feedback from client and ensure that comments/complaints are attended to.
Requirements 
Degree in business administration or any other social sciences discipline.
Minimum of 1 year experience required
Knowledge of using computer, MS Word and MS Excel 
Able to excel in a fast paced environment 
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills 
Pro-active, responsible and hands-on person
