PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the multi-discipline Equipment Health Surveillance (EHS) project implementation team, comprising specialists from ROCI, IT BAM, M&IE, RTO, SGSI, OR&A teams.
- Coordinate the activities of the online real time equipment monitoring and diagnostics (EHS) implementation including:
- EHS project implementation – scoping of the work for different Waves (batches of stations), contracts development and management, budget preparation and monitoring, machine modeling and deployment of Shell SmartConnect systems and commissioning of the systems for all rotating equipment and associated equipment in SCiN
- Update of the machine modeling and Rulesets development in line with Shell SmartConnect system upgrades
- Review EHS implementation performance on regular basis, identify and drive improvements
- Develop staff competences through classroom and on-the-job training
- Drive the transfer of learning and best practices across Assets group in SCiN on rotating equipment health surveillance management
- Act as role model and champion the Shell values and leadership behaviours
- Motivate, coach and manage employee performance and development
- Act at all times in accordance with the Statement of Policy on Health, Safety and Environment.
