QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Professor: Salary CONUASS 07
Candidate should possess:
a. adequate experience including, where applicable, relevant professional competence
b. very outstanding research evidenced by substantial and scholarly publications;
c. evidence of leadership in research and postgraduate supervision;
d. service to the University and community
Note:
The status of a Professor will normally be conferred on the basis of a clearly recognized achievement or distinction in an academic field, administrative experience will be an advantage.
2. Reader: CONUASS 06
Candidate should:
a. Possess adequate experience as a Senior Lecturer including where applicable relevant professional competence.
b. Outstanding teaching ability.
c. Continuing productivity in research, evidenced by scholarly publications.
d. Service to the University and Community.
Note:
The status of a Reader normally indicates distinction in research but some Administrative experience will be an advantage.
3. Senior Lecturer: CONUASS 05 (Department of Marketing Management)
Candidate should:
a. Possess Ph.D in Marketing, Physical Distribution/Logistics, Brand Management, International Marketing and Industrial Psychology
b. Professional Registration/Membership, CIMN, CII, SMP etc.
c. Outstanding Research evidence with not less than fifteen(15) focused papers/publications in notable Journals.
d. Evidence of Leadership in research and Postgraduate Supervision.
e. Relevant Service to the University in particular and community at large.
4. Lecturer I: Salary: CONUASS 04
Candidate should:
a. possess a minimum of Ph.D in the relevant fields/Fellowship in Community Health from National Postgraduate Medical College/West African College of Physicians/West African College of Surgeons (FWACS).
b. have a minimum of 6 years cognate experience
c. possess a recognized professional registration
5. Lecturer II: Salary: CONUASS 03
Candidate should:
a. possess a minimum of Master’s degree with Ph.D grade, and must have professional registration in the relevant field with 3-year experience or Ph.D in the relevant field.
b. apart from teaching and research works, candidate with Master’s degree must qualify for a Ph.D programme.
6. Assistant Lecturer: Salary; CONUASS 02

a. possess a good Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized University

Candidate should possess:
A good honours degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines with good knowledge and practical experience of software development, program and Web Programming.
4. Assistant System Engineer II: CONTISS 05
Candidate should possess:
OND in Computer Science, Computer/Electric and Electronic Engineering, and other relevant disciplines with good knowledge and practical experience on diagnosing faulty equipments, Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
