Bachelors Degree or HND in Civil/Electrical Engineering, or Building Technology
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar function
A professional qualification will be an added advantage

Minimum of 4 years post qualification relevant working experience
Experience in persecution and managing other related legal issues is required
