The National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) Yaba, Lagos, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Deputy-Director of Research (Clinical Sciences).
Salary
CONMESS 06 STEP I (N 3,430,218.00 x N 98,448.00) per annum.
Qualification and Experience
- The candidate must possess an MBBS degree plus a registable post graduate Fellowship of the National Medical College or its equivalent.
- Must have put in least 4 years as a Chief Research Fellow or equivalent job grade within a Research/Academic Establishment. An MPH degree is an added advantage.
- There should also be evidence of continued productivity and distinguished contribution to knowledge through research with at least twenty (20) publications in peer reviewed journals.
- Evidence of Administration experience, competences in computer application and ability/evidence of winning research grants will also be an added advantage.
