Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to the position of Analyst (Retail Operations) for its location Lagos in Nigeria to Retail department.
Position Summary
Manage Retail Operations databases and provide up-to-date data on Experience Centre activities and status
Principal Functions
- Manage Retail database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained on: (a) staff headcount, positions and locations (b) Experience Centre status, i.e rollout, location, type and contact details (c) Experience Centre administrative and operational requirements, i.e float phones, data modems, 3G devices, e-purses, etc (d) Experience Centre operational hours, i.e weekly and holiday periods
- Track Experience Centre activities from commencement of operations and provide data on: (a) footfall (b) top customer requests (c) top customer facing issues (d) Experience Centre-specific issues
- Co-ordinate with relevant units regarding Experience Centre operational requirements pre- and post-commencement of operations
- Ensure that all information/ communication intended for Experience Centres is disseminated promptly and follow up to ensure that disseminated information/ communication is well understood and adhered to
- Track and ensure sign-offs of all Retail documentation with relevant stakeholder business areas
- Co-ordinate and work with other stakeholders across the business to ensure effective implementation of Retail activities and initiatives
- Manage and monitor Retail inventory/ PoS items either in the warehouse or HQ to ensure their judicious use
Candidates must hace the following Requirements, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- First degree
- At least two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
