Faciliate and manage revenue growth and operational activity through dsitribution model in the West Africa region.
Area Manager 5 responsible for:
- Develop and achive annual regioanl sales plan
- Mangement all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial requirements through formal pro forma quoatation to receip of order and timely fulfillment
- Train and coach regional distributors' sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercial competence
- Maintain close contact with regional distributors and final end usees through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationaships
- Ensure that regional distributors and customers are fully trained on all technical aspects of the Wayne product range
- Ensure all regional distributor agreements are current
- Co-ordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions
Requirements
- Minimum of an Msc Engineering or Business related degree
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a similiar technical sales role in West Africa
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Prepared and able to travel throughout region
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
