Career Dimensions Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the position of PA to GM Administration to the location Lagos.

Responsibilities of PA to GM Administration
  • Organise and manage the General Managers work schedule and itinerary.
  • Assist the General Manager in planning and documenting daily, weekly and monthly activities.
  • Organise document flows to and from the General Manager ensuring prompt actions by relevant parties.
  • Schedule meetings and organise appointments on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Handle issues and situations not requiring the General Managers direct attention.
  • Handle logistics for meetings including venues and refreshments.
  • Take minutes ensuring completeness, accuracy and promptness.
  • Ensure prompt response to all correspondences handled on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Assist the Supervisor, General Administration in the management of departmental events.
  • Promptly process purchase and travel requisitions.
  • Ensure all the General Manager's resource requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Regularly update the General Manager's calendar, ensuring he is reminded of important events in advance.
  • Effectively manage the General Manager's diary.
  • Ensure prompt and proper filling of relevant documents.
  • Accurately document notes.
  • Assist the General Manager in putting together reports, presentations and schedules.
  • Perform other duties as required by the General Manager.
Requirements of PA to GM Administration
  1. Minimum of BSc or a Good OND level qualification with good computer skills.
  2. Females with good computer (Ms Office) skills are strongly encourage to apply.
