Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to the position of Prepaid Services Specialist for its location Lagos in Nigeria to Products and Services department.
Position Summary
Assist in the development and deployment of prepaid products and services.
Principal Functions
- Research prepaid service trends and monitor related developments in the telecommunications industry
- Assist in the development and design of concepts for prepaid services in line with approved business strategy and according to customer requirements
- Assist in developing business cases for all new projects for the attention of the Manager-Prepaid Services
- Propose modifications to enhance existing prepaid packages and proffer recommendations to the Manager-Prepaid Services; provide relevant inputs in product rollout/ implementation phase
- Develop materials for new product trainings and maintain an up-to-date database on all Etisalat Nigeria prepaid packages
- Monitor, evaluate and report performance and quality of all prepaid products and services in line with defined functionalities and specifications
- Attend unit/ team meetings as required
- Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-Prepaid Services
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager-Prepaid Services
Candidates must hace the following Requirements, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- First degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
- Between two (2) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably in a product development role within a telecoms or other technology-driven business environment
