The position holder will support our operations in the area of materials and service procurement through third party service contractors,processing requisitions from clients, preparation of procurement plans, selecting suppliers and conducting bids,negotiating and placing orders as well as managing supplier relations.

Requirements
- First degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in any of the Social Sciences, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Law with 5-10 years COGNATE experience in Procurement related services in the oil and gas industry
- Additional qualification, preferably an MBA will be an advantage
- SAP Certification would also be an advantage
- Readiness to work in any of the MPN locations
- Currrent or previous experience in providing support to Usan
- Personal integrity, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and concern for excellence
- “Total System Cost”- economic analysis and application
- Strategic supply chain analysis and methodologies
- Procurement skills
- Customer relations and negotiation skills
- Must possess NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
