MTN Nigeria, is part of the MTN Group, need a Procurement Admin & Support Officer in Lagos to Finance division. The successful candidate will report to the Procurement Admin & Support Supervisor.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Schedule all Tier 1,2 and 3 meetings.
  • Receive tender reports, prepare and issue tender packs.
  • Take, prepare, circulate and file minutes of tier 1,2 and 3 meetings.
  • Take follow up action on matters identified as requiring action by PASU in tender meetings.
  • Ensure speedy approval of resolutions.
  • Keep all records generated by the tender process to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with Purchasing and strategic Sourcing Units to ensure that necessary information is properly collated on a regular basis.
  • Update Board quarterly report on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare consolidated Board quarterly report as and when required.
  • Coordinate the P&SS monthly report.
  • Coordinate the following reports with the relevant Units:
  • Local content quarterly status report.
  • Local content technical commercial review report.
  • Supplier application review report.
  • Tender evaluation report.

Candidates should have following requirements for this position:
  1. A first degree in Business Administration or any other related numerate discipline
  2. 4 years post qualification experience in a well structured organization
  3. 2 years should be in a similar role
  4. Procurement techniques
  5. GSM Overview
  6. Basic accounting course
