PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc is looking for dynamic, visionary and result oriented people to fill the position of Personal Assistant to Managing Director for all business units in Lagos, Nigeria.

The successful candidate will be required to
  • Handle the daily visitors appointment schedule in a professional manner ensuring that orderliness is maintained.
  • Disseminate information when required.
  • Liaise with the other PA’s as the task requires.
  • Provide secretarial support such as word-processing documents, attending to all telephone enquiries.
  • Taking minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure the prompt replenishment of stationery stock.
  • Attend to visitors in a professional manner ensuring that and refreshments provided.
  • Liaise with passages department on ensuring that hotel reservations and booking of flights are made for trips.
  • Liaise with Finance departments on payments that may be required for suppliers.
  • Prepare official documents for the MD as required.
  • Effectively managing Diary/ Calendar of the MD.
Requirements
  1. Have B.Sc./HND  Secretarial Admin /English   Be Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  2. Have 3-5 years minimum working experience in a similar role
