Responsibilities of Executive Assistant
- Fully supporting regular activities such as annual plan, strategy planning, quarterly reviews and monthly reporting through collection and preparation of information in relevant format, organizing agendas, meeting times and locations
- Proactive forward planning of diaries to ensure travel plans and meetings are scheduled and updated and that any conflicts are resolved in a timely manner
- Dealing with confidential and sensitive information in relation to the operational running of the Commission
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Research and data analysis in projects and/or initiatives
Requirements of Executive Assistant
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role
- First degree in Law
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Extremely detailed oriented and strong planning and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
