REQUIREMENTS OF ABOVE POSITIONS

Cost Estimator (Closed on 05/05/2013)
  • B.Sc./B.Eng.(Building Science) with 5-10 years experience in an Engineering Organization in a similar design position.
  • International standards, regulations
  • Team work, Technical rigor, Communication, organization
  • Experience with estimating and Project Management software such as MS project, Primavera
  • Use of Pack Office / Language: fluent English (French an advantage).
Terms & Conditions
To report to Project Control Manager; Work location based onshore with possible site visits offshore.

Well Test Operators/Supervisors (Closed on 07/05/2013)
  1. Skills typically acquired through completion of Secondary school with Science biases, OND/HND/BSC in Engineering or Applied Sciences, or similar education.
  2. A minimum of 8 years experience as a Service Operator -Senior Operator.
  3. Must have successfully passed company internal/external tests and/or met task guideline requirements.
  4. Must have successfully completed the minimum competency requirements for Svc Operator I -IV or Senior Operator. Must have successfully completed Job Safety Analysis Training, introductory Taproot Saftey Training, meeting training requirements, Risk Analysis and Assessment training. Advantageous to have attended Surface Computer Acquistion Network III (SCAN, Edge X, or prefarably Fekete DAQ training, Basic computer navigational training and Company Code of Business conduct training.
  5. Must be able to a interpret WT P&ID and production flow diagrams, and equipment drawings, identify various rig supplies ancillary equipment and resources. Demonstrate ability to pressure test equipment safely and and communicate job specific requirements. Must be able to understand and explain STE equipment placement / layout per the job diagram
Subsurface Manager (Closed on 19/05/2013)
  1. Minimum B.Sc in Engineering / M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering preferred
  2. Minimum 15 years in E & P, 10 years subsurface, 5 years supervisory, 8 years with E & P operator.
  3. Proven management, leadership & technical skills across the geosciences, petroleum engineering and multi-disciplinary teams.
  4. Strong understanding of recovery mechanisms(primary, secondary, CO2, compositional, thermal).
  5. Ever challenging reservoir development problems ( voidage balance, gas storage/cycling & injection, multi-zone differential depletion, horizontal wells).
  6. Coupled and integrated reservoir modelling (IPM, IFM, Resolve, Parallel Simulation ) capability, including proficiency with the Eclipse workstation & building dynamic simulation models, Petrel proficiency.
  7. Strong background in reserves estimation and categorization.
  8. Capable of evaluating risks, uncertainty, value of information, project economics.
  9. Strong understanding of variety of fluid types, ideally in both classic and carbonate reservoirs.
  10. Extensive experience using subsurface data to recommend and plan new well locations.
  11. Knowledge of core analysis, formation logging and petrophysical analysis.
  12. Experience developing, coaching and mentoring staff. A collaborative and adaptive working style.
  13. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  14. Strong business and commercial awareness, including a negotiating & influencing capability.
  15. Analysis, problem solving, planning including risk assessment and mitigation.
  16. The ability to work independently, can meet strict deadlines with a strong delivery focus.
  17. Build and maintain business relationships, internally and externally including JV technical management.
  18. Proficiency with MS office suite-Excel/Powerpoint/word.
Operations EHSS Supervisor (Closed on 19/05/2013)
  1. University degree in Engineering or any of the social sciences, disciplines in EHSS specialty, (e.g. loss prevention engineering, risk management, and safety management).
  2. Minimum of 8years cognate experience in health, safety, security and environmental risk management in a systems or product engineering design, manufacturing and/or construction environment.
  3. Considerable experience in an EHSS management/supervisory position in international work environments.
  4. Working knowledge of local and international laws, regulations, codes, standards, and best industry practices for EHSS (e.g. ISO, OGP, IADC, UKOOA, API, ASME, NFPA, ASSE, ASIS, etc.).

Lead Piping Engineer (Closed on 21/05/2013)
  1. University Engineering Degree (Mechanical)
  2. Minimum twenty (12) years relevant experience with an oil industry design company
  3. Must have worked as a piping design engineer/senior piping engineer for an Engineering Design company involved in Oil and Gas projects or an Operator for 10 years.
  4. Must be used to working in a multi-discipline environment.
  5. Aged: 35 and above
Lead Document Controller (Closed on 21/05/2013)
  1. University Degree in an Engineering or technical Discipline
  2. Minimum of 15 years in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry, with at least 10 years in a similar position
  3. Sound knowledge and experience of document control for major Oil and Gas projects.
  4. Proficient in MSWord/Excel/Powerpoint
  5. Good organisational, as well as verbal and written communication skills
Technical Assistant - HSSE (Closed on 21/05/2013)
  1. Degree in Egnineering or equivalent Technical Discipline.
  2. At least 3 years experience in providing technical support to engineering projects, preferably within an HSE Division / Department - Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry will be an added advantage.
  3. Experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software - Courses in Health, Safety and Environment will be an added advantage
HSE Analyst (Closed on 22/05/2013)
  1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Discipline.
  2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a similar position.
  3. Training and Courses in Health, Safety and Environment are required.
HSE Coordinator (Closed on 22/05/2013)
  1. Engineering or equivalent technical Degree
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 8 years spent in a similar role in an Oil and Gas operating or servicing Company
  3. Relevant Safety courses and training are required
  4. Good organizational as well as verbal and written communications skills
Professonal III, HSE (Closed on 22/05/2013)
  1. A relevant technical or Engineering degree.
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental, safety or health fields.
  3. Relevant training and courses in HSE are required

  1. Education:- Engineering/Science Technician or Diplomate with knowledge of Lifting Equipment, Mechanical, Inspection, Metallurgy, Welding, and Fabrication.
  2. Professional experience (total number of years):- 8 years’ Operational experience in relevant Operation
  3. ASNT Level II certified inspector and also DSI API Spec
  4. ISO codes and standards (9001, 14001)
  5. Recognized qualification in Lifting (eg NSL) and in basic NDT Techniques (ultrasonic; radiography; magnetic particle; dye penetrant inspection)
  6. Fluent in English, written and spoken
  7. Ability to perform Inspection Requirements in a difficult environment
Cost Engineer (Closed on 23/05/2013)
  1. Minimum of 2nd Class Honours University degree in an engineering or relevant technical discipline.
  2. Membership of a relevant Professional Institution preferred but not essential.
  3. Experience in facilities projects, capital projects or integrated field development projects working with an IOC is prefferable.
  4. Minimum 8 years experience as a Cost Engineer within the oil and gas industry.
  5. Full capabilities in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
  6. Familiarity with Cost Control/Estimating software and systems preferred.
PDMS Designer (Closed on 23/05/2013)
  1. Extensive knowledge and use of PDMS software
  2. Requires a certificate from a recognized technical school in the field of computer drafting, an associate’s degree or equivalent in the computer drafting or engineering technology related field.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience in applying the discipline skill(s) to oil gas facilities projects.
  4. Experience with both onshore and/or offshore experience
  5. Familiar with most of the discipline’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  6. May lead and direct the work of others.
  7. Resolves highly complex technical issues and provides technical assurance in areas of discipline expertise.
