A Nigerian NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations) company based in Abuja is looking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Operations/Logistics Officer. The position is based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful job holder will provide administrative, logistics, travel and visa service support, as well as being responsible for procurement under the direction of the Executive Director.
  • Candidate will work to ensure that standards are met in all areas; all facilities are maintained, the challenging security situation is managed, due process is observed in the procurement of items.
  • The role holder will ensure the development and maintenance of a database of all assets in line with audit standards.
  • This job will also manage and maintain the organization's office equipment and property, and see to the day today running of the programme.
Requirements:
  1. Interested persons should be educated to degree level (at the minimum) with relevant professional qualification in administration/office skills/ICT.
  2. Previous experience in providing administrative or office support to a programme team and working with a multi-national organization is highly desirable.
  3. Knowledge of the Nigerian Immigration Service/previous experience in visa facilitation is required with excellent organisational, communication and iT skills
