Job Objectives: To be responsible for sales of iTECO's Nework and School Solutions within Nigeria and West Africa by providing innovative customer service of the highest quality. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities of Sales Executive
- Packaging and Selling Solutions – Market Expansion Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to annual turnovers and profitability.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping track industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 year post qualification experience in Sales&Marketing preferably sales in IT Solutions.
- Minimum Second Class Lower Credit in any Social Science discipline.
- A certification in Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
