A Multinational Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods company in Nigeria is looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Manager in Lagos. The job holder will be report to Head of Sales & Distribution Mgr.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager
  • Achieve monthly target National Sales Performance.
  • Develop and achieve annual sales target.
  • Monitor data such as market share, competitor’s activities and sales.
  • Travel at regular interval for direct sales monitoring with sales force, distributor and outlets.
  • Achieve and updating rolling forecast every month, considering sales/ stock report and sales target.
  • Achieve target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and P/L (Profit and Lost) distributor.
Requirements of Sales Manager
  1. Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Economic, Marketing or any of the social sciences)
  2. With at least 3 year experience as Sales Manager in consumer goods or pharmaceutical company preferable from reputable FMCG Company
  3. Good communication and negotiation skill
  4. Proactive, like challenges
  5. Can work under pressure
  6. Good networking with any wholesaler/store and distributor
  7. Have a driving license
  8. Max 35 years old
