Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Jobs 2013 - The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) is a federal government agency that governs and operates the ports of Nigeria. The major ports controlled by the Nigerian Ports Authority include: the Lagos Port Complex and Tin Can Island Port in Lagos; Calabar Port, Delta Port, Rivers Port at Port Harcourt, and Onne Port.
Operations of the Nigerian Ports Authority are carried out in affiliation with the Ministry of Transport and the Nigerian Shippers' Council. The main offices of the Nigerian Ports Authority are located in Lagos.
The NPA wishes to recruit suitably qualified candidates in its Marine division as Manager MSS 5 & Senior Manager MSS 4.
REQUIREMENTS
Manager MSS 5
- Marine Engineer Class I (Foreign Going) and must be registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- A degree or HND in Nautical Science is an added advantage
- A degree in Marine Engineering is an added advantage
- 3 years post qualification experience
Senior Manager MSS 4
- Marine Engineer Class I (Foreign Going) and must be registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- A degree or HND in Nautical Science is an added advantage
- A degree in Marine Engineering is an added advantage
