Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to the position of Secretary (Director, Customer Care) for its location Lagos in Nigeria to Customer Care department.

Position Summary
The job holder will provide administrative and logistical support to the Director in an effective and efficient manner

Principal Functions
  • Ensure high standard office practice/ management in the Directors office
  • Draft messages on behalf of the Director
  • Ensure effective management of the Directors calendar
  • Organize travel requirements for the Director and other functional staff
  • Attend and take minutes at weekly and departmental meetings
  • Act as first-line support to visitors
  • Manage stationery items for entire team
  • Plan and organize team events
  • Maintain standard records system
Candidates must have the following Requirements, Experience, and Skills & Competencies:
  1. Candidate must have first degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  2. At least two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
  3. Excellent proficiency in use of MS Office applications (in particular Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills
  6. Good time management skills
