POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Accountant
HND/Bsc. Accounting from any recognized institution
ACCA or ANAN Professional certification with Hotel Accounting Experience of minimum of 5 years will be an added advantage.
Most have experience of day to day accounts matters finalization of accounts, checking/controlling accounts of hotel or similar industries.
Room Division Manager
HND/University Degree with 5 years Post graduation relevant experience.
Ability to handle guest complaints and queries related to Front Office/Housekeeping operations.
Overseeing the Front Office/Housekeeping staff so that any changes required to lead the Room Division Team in the provision and delivery of personalized Guest service.
Food and Beverage Manager
HND/university Degree
Minimum of 5 years Leadership experience
Must have Hotel Experience at a senior level in Food & Beverage Proven ability as an effective leader, possessing a high degree of professionalism, sound human resource and administrative skills.
Must be experienced in Banquet operations.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated. Must be result oriented with the ability to be flexible.
Chef
Passionate Executive chef with creative flair and solid track record in leading a quality driven and creative team.
A vast culinary experience will be an added advantage with minimum of 5 years experience in a 5 Star Hotel.
Maintenance Officer
Must be knowledgeable in the maintenance of the following: (Telephone, Kitchen/ Laundry equipment, Refrigerator/Air conditioner etc)
A minimum of Trade Test II
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Departmental Supervisors
Supervising skills for the following depts: (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Accounts, Laundry, Personnel Officer, Maintenance)
HND/University Degree
Minimum of 3 years Experience in similar position
Cashier
HND/University Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Ability to make Guest feel welcome through efficient check in and check out procedures.
Ability to deal professionally with enquires, face to face and by phone or email.

Must be a real “people person” With tact and sensitivity
Excellent command of English Language.
