1. Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements
  1. Knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits management, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, and employee development
  2. Sound written and spoken communication skills
  3. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  4. Excellent organization and management skills
  5. Minimum of a Bachelors degree
  6. A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
