POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
1. E, C & I Commissioning Engineer
- Project-specific coordination and supervision of commissioning at construction sites
- Commissioning activities for electrical, control and instrumentation/ single drives/groups as well as for system start-up
- Representation and promotion of the interests of Loesche Group during meetings with customers, partners and subcontractors
- Assurance of the quality standard in accordance with the quality management framework

Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering or automation
- Professional experience in the cement or power industry
- Several years of professional experience in the area specified above
- Sound communication skills, an outstanding ability to work in a team, and a confident manner
- PLC- (in particular S7 and Profibus) and knowledge of the configuration of frequency convertors would be of advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Further language skills would be of advantage

2. Commissioning Engineer Process
- Responsible for the commissioning supervision for assigned projects in the cement and power industry
- Process- and machine-related review of the projects and revision of the plant design
- Inclusion of all of the required plant data into the project for a process-related assessment
- Execution of repairs, optimizations, and audits concerning the customer plants during service calls
- Project-specific coordination on the construction site
- Assurance of the quality standards in accordance with the quality management framework

- Consultancy for operational stability and improvement - process, product quality, performance
- Offering technological support with regard to plant and process optimizations
- Working out technical guarantees as well as drawing up thermal balances and process-engineering flow sheets
- Accompanying and supporting technical presentations in sales and service meetings
- Evaluating and analysing operators’ data for process optimizations
- Preparing standardised specifications for the process-engineering design of machines and plants
- Performing complex field tests on selected plants

4. Sales and Distribution Expert - Spare Parts
- Establish and maintain sales presence for spare parts in the regional market for Loesche Nigeria undertaking necessary presentations and client relationship management
- Process and manage spares enquiries for all equipment within Loesche Nigeria up to point of order placement
- Generate quotations and order confirmations
- Consult with clients and negotiate spare part packages
- Generate spare part lists upon customer's request
- Cost control during the calculation of spare part orders
- Calculate selling prices and determinate delivery and payment terms
- Clarify technical problems with customers or suppliers
- Manage any and all arising complaints and warranty claims for Loesche Nigeria
- Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
- Consult and liaise with Managing Director (Loesche Nigeria) and Head of Spare Parts (Loesche Germany) in order that all enquiries received can be duly processed according to company procedures
- Maintain status and input to company data base for opportunities [Sales Logix] according for all enquiries
- Ensure the spare parts function complies with all relevant company quality procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualifications
- The minimum experience required for the role of Sales and Distribution Specialist - Spare Parts - is 5 (Five) years of experience in in spare parts distribution
- Exposure in the cement or allied industries would be an advantage
- Outstanding market and customer knowledge for the regional market would be an advantage
- Experience in customer relationship management and logistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-fluent spoken and written English
- Further foreign language skills would be an advantage
- Profound knowledge of SAP (Module SD/MM) as well as MS-Office
5. Installation/ Maintenance Supervisor
- Responsible for the installation supervision for assigned projects in the cement and power industry
- Maintenance and repair of machines and plants
- In-house preparation of the installation work to be supervised
- Manpower planning on site for various jobs
- Training of customer personnel with regard to maintenance and repair of our machines
- Assurance of our quality standards during the installation of machine and plant components supplied by us
- Technical elaborations/ audits with regard to installation supervision

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable apprenticeship
- Professional experience in the cement or power industry

- Coordination of supervisor deployments with vendors and own personnel for complex large construction sites in coordination with the project management

- Site organisation, management and coordination of subcontractors

8. Office Manager
- Managing executive-level administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and assisting with expense reporting
- To assist in creating and editing reports and presentation materials
- Development of meeting agendas, presentation and other meeting-related activities
- Coordinating intra- and inter- company conference calls
- Accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts and time recording
