Client of EarthStream, a major international operator with world wide assets requires an Workover/Intervention Superintendent to join their established team in Nigeria on a rotational basis.

Position Summary
- Provide leadership in subsurface well initial completion, intervention and workover activities
- Plan, schedule and direct all well intervention operations
- Supervise personnel
- Provide operational and technical support
- Work closely with EHS to insure Safety and Environment are priority one
- Work closely with Drilling and Production field personnel for seamless operations and handovers
- Mentor and help more junior staff grow into areas of additional responsibility
- Provide overall direction for Operational Excellence through well defined planning, execution, and follow ups
- Ensure appropriate assurance and review of the well intervention work plans
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years minimum industry experience with strong management ability
- Previous experience within African country
