POSITION DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

1. Contract/Commercial Officer -

Position Descriuption

• Impressive experience in commercial contract review/drafting and negotiation or any related legal issues.
• Knowledge of legal and contractual laws governing projects
• Competent in written and oral communication in English
• High proficiency in MS Office applications

Requirements

LLM, B.L, with at least 5 years post call experience

2. Dive Technicians

Position Description

• Ability to learn or update lifesaving skills and/or become CPR/first responder;
• Must possess problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with proven talents.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work extended hours, nights and week-ends;
• Demonstrate effective problem solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to withstand long periods of exposure in a chlorinated” pool
• Possess written proof of a diving medical examination Deck handling.

Requirements

Appropriate electrical or mechanical trade qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent) or sufficient industry experience to assure competence;

Professional level diving certification with a minimum of Divemaster level for professional diving;

Nitrox certified Experience;

Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional diving;

Must be fluent in the English language;

Knowledge of MS Windows and MS office systems;

Knowledge and certifications in diving equipment maintenance and repairs.

3. Offshore Surveyor/Hydrographer

Position Description

• Experience with offshore navigation and positioning software (EIVA Navipac software will be an added advantage)
• AutoCAD experience on 2D
• Knowledge of hydrographic data acquisition and processing
• Experience in CAD software
• Computer skills OS Windows/Linux (Hardware troubleshooting will be added advantage
• Team player and good communication skills with good command of English language (verbal and written)

Requirements

Sc Surveying/Geoinformatics, Geology, Marine Science, Marine Engineering
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the offshore industry

4. QHSE Officers

Requirements

Must posses Health and Safety Certification from a reputable Organisatian e.g NEBOSH.

A minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in HSE activities in Oil and Gas industry preferable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent people management skills

B.Sc in Technicolor Pure Sciences from a reputable university.

QMS Auditor certificate will be an added advantage

5. ROV Pilot/Technician Trainees

Requirements

Basic Engineering Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic designs, construction, installation, etc

Knowledge of Lifting and Handling Systems

Knowledge hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanisms, structural steelwork, pressure vessels and pipework, and electrical power and control systems

Offshore experience.

Understanding of QHSE policies and practices

B.Sc Degree or equivalent level of competence in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Deck handling and Overboarding of equipment

6. ROV Pilot/Technicians

Position Description

• This is an experienced ROV Pilot Technician role, prior experience with ROV operations, maintenance and piloting is essential
• Previous experience using Work Class and Inspection Class ROV systems with related tooling
• Previous experience in repair, maintenance and operation of ROV’s
• Minimum of 1000 logged hours of ROV Flying time
• Up to date IMCA or equivalent level competencies
• Current Offshore Survival and Medical
• Knowledge of Lifting and Handling Systems
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanisms, structural steelwork, pressure vessels, pipe work and electrical power and control systems
• Understanding of QHSE policies and practices

Requirements

BSc Degree or equivalent level of competence in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering OPITO Approved Offshore Emergency training, Deck handling, ROV inter vention, Overboarding of equipment Subsea construction projects.

Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Work Class ROV Pilot Technician

7. Subsea/Project Engineers

Requirements

Minimum 5 years relevant experience of subsea systems in the upstream oil and gas industry required

Sound understanding of subsea systems

Good understanding of project management controls and procedures

Solid work knowledge of relevant oil and gas industry engineering codes and standards

Sound understanding of HSEQ Management System

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Subsea Engineering or Offshore Engineering

8. Warehouse Officer

Position Description

• Experience in warehouse environment/inventory control
• Must be Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office based products (Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill essential)
• Familiarity with special storage requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical material preferred

Requirements

B.Sc Degree or equivalent level of competence in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
