JOB PURPOSE & REQUIREMENTS
1. Learning & Development Practitioner
To improve and sustain the knowledge and skills of operational employees and to act as change agent and continuously communicate, drive and implement a culture of learning and development throughout KCSSA West-Africa.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Science or Engineering
- 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry
- Membership of NITAD will be an added advantage
2. Production Manager
To lead the entire Operations Team as a member of the Plant leadership team within the Lagos Plant, while ensuring at all times assets are managed, maintained and operated at world class standards in the areas of safety, quality and cost. To be an active and integral member of the facility management Team (FMT). Providing input and guidance on strategic and tactical plans for the Plant
Requirements
- 10 years post tertiary qualification in engineering and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior operations Leadership role
- Sound technical knowledge of diaper manufacture and excellent leadership skills.
- Good understanding of industrial relations dynamics, finance, planning and administration.
- Ability to organise, lead and delegate subordinates and maintain effective control.
- Ability to lead a multi-dimensional / continuous operations
3. Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the management, control, recording and reporting of all material and finished goods movements, from receipt through to dispatch. In this he/she leads the Plant Information Team and the Plant logistics Team, and is the primary Plant interface with the KCSSA West Africa Supply Chain Team and all outsourced logistics service providers. In addition, the Supply Chain Manager is also accountable for supporting the Operations team with all relevant production data, such as output analysis and material usage variances
Requirements
- Minimum a degree or equivalent degrees, preferably in a logistics or engineering discipline. Other business oriented qualifications will be considered if combined with extensive manufacturing supply chain management experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment in supply chain, logistics and inventory management, with 5 years at a team or functional leadership level.
- Good Working Knowledge of a modern ERP system, preferably SAP R3,
- Sound knowledge of all elements of MRP, including bills of material, routing, manufacturing, product costing. Customs
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-dimensional and functional teams within the facility and across the business.
- Technically competent in all aspects of manufacturing-oriented supply chain logistics
- Extensive business process information knowledge in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
4. EHS Manager
Management and coordination all EHS system and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum five years relevant experience in FMCG EHS environment
- Possession of a NEBOSH certificate will be an advantage
5. Mechanical Engineer
To ensure Diaper Manufacturing Operations’ assets are managed, maintained and operated at their maximum efficiencies at all times and that the manufacturing processes on all assets are always under control and continuously improved such that improved quality and higher efficiencies are attained.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc.Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education
- Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment
6. Engineering Manager
To lead the multi-functional / dimensional Engineering and Project management Team within the Lagos facility, while ensuring at all times assets are managed, maintained and operated at world class standards in the areas of safety, quality and cost. To be an active and integral member of the Facility management Team (FMT). Providing input on strategic and tactical plans for the Plant
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
- Minimum of 10 years previous engineering and leadership experience in FMCG environment
7. Electrical Engineer
To ensure Diaper Manufacturing Operations’ assets are managed, maintained and operated at their maximum efficiencies at all times and that the manufacturing processes on all assets are always under control and continuously improved such that improved quality and higher efficiencies are attained.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
- Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment
8. Quality Manager - Diaper Plant
To provide leadership and support in the area of quality and product development in the BCC sector within operations.
Requirements
- BSC degree in Quality Assurance Management or a Statistics qualification with a minimum of five years experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment. Computer literacy,
- SAP/R3 knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
