REQUIREMENTS
1. Architects - Abuja
Requirements:
- B.sc or HND
- Minimum of 3years practical working experience
- Experience in the use of architectural software packages 3D design
2. Business Development Manager - Abuja
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.sc or HND
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience (post NYSC experience)
- Ability to minimise cost and maximise profit
- Ability to drive retail business operations
- Ability to supervise sales, store, and accounts
- Human resource skills
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience in showroom (furniture and electronics) management is an added advantage
3. Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural) - Abuja
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND
- Minimum of 3 years practical working experience
- Ability to identify actions, objects and events
- Ability to update and use relevant information
- Excellent communication and organisational skill.
4. Experienced Accountant - Abuja
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience with ICAN and ACA
- Prepare cash and bank books
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of general ledger
- Should be able to prepare schedule for debtors and creditors
- Trial balance
- Experience in Tax and Audit matters
- Experience in the use of accounting software packages
- Good statistical, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Staff supervision
5. Experienced Secretary - Abuja
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Ability to handle office equipment (photocopier, scanner, binding and laminating machine)
- Knowledge in proper filling of documents
- Experience in packaging of technical/pre-qualification documents
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent typing skills
- MUST be able to write letters efficiently.
6. Experienced Store/Ware House Officer - Abuja
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Should be able to handle large volume of stock valuation
- Stock control (in-bound and out-bound)
- Knowledge in furniture in an advantage
- Experience in proper arrangement of goods in warehouse
- Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skill
7. Marketers - Abuja
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND
- Excellent communication skills
- Purpose driven
- Experience is not compulsory, but will be an added advantage.
8. Quantity Surveyors - Abuja
Requirements:
- B. Sc or HND
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
