POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS

Accountants
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Accounting and Finance, ACA or other professional qualifications essential.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to use Tally ERP Accounting software is required.
General Manager
  • A good first degree in Management, Polymer Science, Project Management, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines. Possession of an MBA, Professional qualifications, and hands-on experience at executive management level in the corporate environment is essential.
  • Must possess not less than 15 years cognate experience.
  • Age preference: 40-48 years.
Health, Safety and Environment Officer
  • Degree in HSE related field preferred.
  • Professional registrations or certifications will be an added advantage.
  • A current relevant health and safety qualification.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years experience of working in health, safety, or environmental field required, coupled with proven experience and understanding of technical HSE, including P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, HSE MOC process etc.
HR/Administration Manager
  • Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Business studies, Management or HRM.
  • At least 5 years working experience in a related field, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and practices is essential.
ICT Officer
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience, along with advanced technical or managerial credentials, including PMP, CISM, preferred.
  • 5 or more years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, with focus an solutions.
  • Knowledge of local QA requirements far plastic, wires and cables, PVCs and allied industry will be an advantage.
Logistics Officer
  • Minimum of B.A./B.Sc Degree in Business or Transportation /Logistics Management or any Social sciences.
  • 5 years' + experience in logistics with a manufacturing company.
  • The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ability to lead and manage outsourced business parties and staff.
Maintenance Engineers
  • Minimum of B. Eng, particularly in electrical, mechanical, or production engineering is necessary for entry.
  • Professional Engineering qualification or equivalent, MBA degree is an added advantage.
  • This person must be well trained and have at least 5 years of experience including best practices in both managerial and production platforms in the Manufacturing industry.
Maintenance Officers
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering is necessary for entry.
  • This person must be well trained and have at least 3 years of experience including best practices in both managerial and production platforms in the Manufacturing industry.
Production Officers
  • Must possess minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Operation Management, or related courses.
  • Not less than 3 years of cognate experience as Production Officer at a manufacturing facility.
  • Age preference: 25-35 years.
Production Supervisors
  • Must possess minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Operation Management, or related courses.
  • Masters Degree and Professional Certifications in relevant technical fields/disciplines will be of great advantage.
  • Not less than 10 years of cognate experience in a key leadership/senior management role and as Production Manager at a manufacturing facility.
  • Age preference: 40-48 years.
Quality Assurance Officer
  • Minimum of first degree in Bio- Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, Polymer Sciences, Materials Sciences or related courses.
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must have numerical and statistical ability must have an aptitude far analysis and possession of a minimum of 5 years cognitive experience in OC/QA.
Research & Development Officer
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in research and product development within the manufacturing industry.
Sales Executives
  • Relevant experience gained in any commercial area involving contact with customers or the general public can be beneficial.
  • Must exhibit maturity, confidence, perseverance, patience, excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a FMCG environment is required.
Sales/Marketing Manager
  • Must Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management or Administration or related field and an MBA/Professional Certifications.
  • Must possess between 10-13 years experience in sales and marketing in a FMCG company.
  • Age bracket is 35-45 years.
