RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Provide daily sale information and forecasting
- Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
- Prepare revenue report
- Management of receivable account
- Funds Deposit Management
- Management of Inventory
- Good knowledge of Income Statement, Financial position and cash flow statement.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc or equivalent in Accounting
- ICAN Registered
- Must be able to use computer packages like Quick Book, Peach Tree, etc
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
