Job Description
- Answers enquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing any needed information.
- Fulfils request by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Sells additional services by recognising opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Maintains call centre database and documentation.
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures.
