    1. Motor Bike Patrol Supervisor - Lagos



    Job Description

    Patrol all beat with Motorcycle.

    Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting the same to the relevant authority

    Provide support to other guards working at a client site.

    Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.

    Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout daily, making necessary updates.

    Oversee the monitoring of the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.

    Oversee and ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence

    Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special obs, survey, and clients report).

    Build excellent client relationships between the Company and the clients.

    Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.

    Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes; arranging cover for dropped shifts; production of local operational records, reports, and returns, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.

    Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special obs, survey, and clients report)

    Engage in revenue drive, collection of cheques/cash from clients, and depositing the same within hours in the Company’s account.

    Attend to clients complaints with timely interventions

    Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure training needs identified (to be recorded in monthly Care Visit Reports).

    Participate in marketing the Company’s services to prospective clients.


    Requirements

    Minimum of 2-3 years in the security industry and availability to demonstrate competence in the role.

    Working Tool: Ability and willingness to ride bikes in Lagos.

    Educational Qualification: Minimum HND or BSC.


    2. Training Instructor (Army Retired Lieutenant / Major or Captain) - Lagos



    Requirements

    Candidate should possess a Degree / HND qualification.

    Applicants must be computer literate.

    Experience in training security operatives is an added advantage.


    3. Security Guard



    Locations: Oshodi, Ilupeju, Somolu, Onipanu, Fadeyi, Gbagada, Anthony, Mushin, Ifako, Oworonshoki, and Yaba


    Requirement

    Candidate should possess SSCE / National Diploma qualification.

    Pay: N18,000 - 30,000 monthly


    4. Business Development Executive



    Location: Palmgrove, Lagos


    Job Purpose

    We are seeking to grow our business in the private security industry and require experienced Marketing and Sales Professionals to sell our products and services.


    Requirements

    Candidates must have a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Sales or Marketing related.

    3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in a private security firm or related.

    Salary Package: Monthly / 70,000 - 100,000 Naira depending on marketing experience preferably in the private security industry.


    5. Security Officer - Lagos



    Job Description

    Managing access control for buildings and car-parks - for employees, visitors, and contractors

    Patrolling the buildings, car parks and grounds to deter and detect problems

    Responding to customer requests and queries

    Checking and challenging ID passes with a professional and friendly approach

    De-activating and activating alarms, and unlocking and locking buildings, rooms, external barriers and gates to ensure that no unauthorised personnel or hazards are on site.

    Identifying and reporting Health & Safety issues and carrying out first aid if necessary.

    Maintaining records including incident reports using a computer- and paper-based systems.


    Requirements

    Strictly for SSCE or ND holders and with security experience is an added advantage.
